Plot Twist : the Crown Vic in the picture is a Bondurant Cobra Crown Vic, and so DOES have a manual along with a late 90s Cobra engine instead of the 2v. According to an owner of one who was in Car Craft mag, it also gets 22MPG. Won't be getting it for under $6k, though.

Alex Roy found the loophole many years ago that is that you can use OTHER nation's real police logos without that nation's police able to put any real charges on you for it.
